WASHINGTON, April 23 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of America, and South Atlantic; Snapper-Grouper Fishery of the South Atlantic; Regulatory Amendment 36.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on April 23 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
