WASHINGTON, June 29 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; 12-Month Finding and Proposed Rule To Revise Critical Habitat Designation for Southern California Steelhead.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 29 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
