WASHINGTON, April 28 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Military Readiness Activities in the Mariana Islands Training and Testing Study Area.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 28 by Shannon Bettridge, Acting Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
