WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Washington Department of Transportation Mukilteo Wingwalls Repair Project in Puget Sound, Washington.
