WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the PetroMarine Services Juneau Rock Dump Terminal Reconstruction Project in Juneau, Alaska.
