WASHINGTON, June 22 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the Coeur Alaska, Inc.'s Kensington Dock Repair Project in Berners Bay, Alaska.
