WASHINGTON, March 13 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the City of Kodiak St. Herman Harbor Infrastructure Rebuild Project Kodiak, Alaska.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 13 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
