WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Marine Structure Maintenance and Pile Replacement Program in Puget Sound, Washington.
