WASHINGTON, April 9 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to a Marine Geophysical Survey in the Western Central Atlantic Ocean.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 9 by Kimberly Damon-Randall, Director, Office of Protected Resources, National Marine Fisheries Service.
