The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 27 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
Summary: On April 17, 2025, the President issued an Executive Order (E.O.) on Restoring American Seafood Competitiveness.
