WASHINGTON, April 9 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska; Central Gulf of Alaska Rockfish Program Cost Recovery Fee Notice.
