WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife; 90-Day Finding on Petitions To List the Atlantic Horseshoe Crab (Limulus Polyphemus) Under the Endangered Species Act.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Samuel D. Rauch III, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
