WASHINGTON, May 5 -- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has issued a notice called: Endangered and Threatened Species; Initiation of a Status Review for the Rice's Whale and Request for Information.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 5 by Samuel D. Rauch, Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs, National Marine Fisheries Service.
