WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 -- National Indian Gaming Commission has issued a notice called: Fee Rate and Fingerprint Fees.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 3 by William H. Kirkland, Vice Chairman.
Summary: Notice is hereby given that the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) has adopted its annual fee rates of 0.00% for tier 1 and 0.065% (.00065) for tier 2. While the rate for tier 1 remains the same, the tier 2 rate has been lowered from 0.08% to 0.065%. The tier 2 annual fee rate represents the lowest fee rate adopted by the NIGC since FY22.
