WASHINGTON, Aug. 31 -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a rule called: Resetting NHTSA's Fuel Economy Program: Commercial Medium- and Heavy-Duty On-Highway Vehicles and Work Trucks.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 31 by Jonathan Morrison, Administrator.
