WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 -- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has issued a notice called: Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, Grant of Petition for Decision of Inconsequential Noncompliance.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 3 by Otto G. Matheke III, Director, Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance.
