WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- National Foundation On The Arts And The Humanities has issued a rule called: Rescinding Portions of the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Title VI Regulations To Conform More Closely With the Statutory Text and To Implement Executive Order 14281.

The rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 26 by Mary Anne Carter, Chairman, National Endowment for the Arts.
