NATIONAL CREDIT UNION ADMINISTRATION ISSUES PROPOSED RULE: RECORDS PRESERVATION PROGRAM AND APPENDICES-RECORD RETENTION GUIDELINES; CATASTROPHIC ACT PREPAREDNESS GUIDELINES

WASHINGTON, March 11 -- National Credit Union Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Records Preservation Program and Appendices-Record Retention Guidelines; Catastrophic Act Preparedness Guidelines.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on March 11 by Melane Conyers-Ausbrooks, Secretary of the Board.
