WASHINGTON, Dec. 11 -- National Credit Union Administration has issued a proposed rule called: Guidelines for Safeguarding Member Information.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Dec. 11 by Melane Conyers-Ausbrooks, Secretary of the Board.
Summary: The NCUA Board (Board) is proposing to remove Appendix A to part 748, guidelines for safeguarding member information, from the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
