Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) submitted a series of targeted amendments to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Appropriations Bill during this week's House Rules Committee hearing.
They are:
* The Healthcare Reinvestment Act: Redirects proposed ICE funding increases to extend ACA premium tax credits.
* TPS Protections: Prohibits the use of funds to arrest or deport eligible Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recipients.
