Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) joined the Protecting Reproductive Freedom Act as an original cosponsor, reaffirming support for protecting access to medication abortion and defending the authority of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to regulate safe and effective medications based on science, not politics.
Congressman Moulton previously cosponsored this legislation in the 118th and 117th sessions of Congress.
