Today, Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) joined the full House Democratic Caucus in signing onto a discharge petition from Ranking Member of the House Judiciary Committee, Representative Jamie Raskin (MD-08). This petition will force a vote on the No Carte Blanche Act to permanently block Trump's effort to create a $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund, one of Trump's most corrupt actions yet.
