Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06), a Marine Corps veteran who served four tours in Iraq, has joined the bipartisan War Powers Resolution introduced by Congressman Jim McGovern (MA-02) as an original co-sponsor. The resolution prohibits any further U.S. military action in Venezuela and reasserts Congress's constitutional authority over matters of war and peace.
