WASHINGTON, July 30 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for XXXXXX (insert district) issued the following press release:

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A federal grand jury returned an indictment against Amador Faalaga, 39, of Modesto, charging him with being a felon in possession of ammunition, U.S.Attorney Eric Grant announced.

According to court documents, on July 2, 2026, Faalaga, possessed 16 rounds of 9mm ammunition. Faalaga is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition because of a prior felony conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in the Eastern District of California (Case No. 1:15-cr-319).
