WASHINGTON, April 6 -- Mine Safety and Health Administration has issued a rule called: Lowering Miners' Exposure to Respirable Crystalline Silica and Improving Respiratory Protection; Delay of Effective Date of Conforming Amendments.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on April 6 by Jessica D. Senk, Acting Director for the Office of Standards, Regulations, and Variances, Mine Safety and Health Administration.
