Yesterday, Congressman Jim McGovern (MA-02), Ranking Member of the House Rules Committee and Co-Chair of the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, alongside Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley (MA-07) visited the Worcester YMCA to discuss the historic 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act and how the new law will make it easier to build new housing, lower housing costs, and-for the first time ever-counter private equity from buying single-family homes.
