U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced today that the U.S. Department of Transportation will provide $10 million in federal funding for the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) in Hebron, Kentucky. Senator McConnell helped secure this funding that will be used by CVG to modernize outdated equipment in Concourses A & B, as well as procure and install new passenger conveyance systems to improve passenger mobility and accessibility at the airport.
Senator McConnell wrote a letter of support to U.S. Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy advocating for the airport's competitive grant application. The federal grant is funded through the U....
