Greenbelt, Maryland - A federal grand jury indicted a Maryland man, today, in connection with a COVID-19 healthcare fraud scam.

Marc Aaron Potash, 57, of Rockville, is charged with conspiracy to commit healthcare fraud and seven counts of healthcare fraud. The charges stem from Potash submitting false and fraudulent claims to Medicare, Medicaid, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP), and other insurers for at-home, self-administered COVID-19 tests.
