U.S. Senator Ben Ray Lujan (D-N.M.) issued the following statement after the Department of Justice refused to release the full Epstein files:
"Today is the deadline for the Trump administration and the Department of Justice to release all of the documents related to the Epstein files. The DOJ was given sufficient time to properly review and redact information pertaining to the privacy of the victims in order to make the files available to the public and to brief Congress.
