Libby Nutt Williams, professor of psychology and director of the Master of Arts in Counseling & Clinical Psychology program at SMCM, published an article with colleagues at Adelphi University in the the Counselling Psychology Quarterly. The article, entitled Clients' Perceptions of the Psychotherapy Relationship, details a Consensual Qualitative Research study (CQR: Hill, Thompson & Williams, 1997) that explored clients' perceptions of the therapeutic relationship.
