Tuesday, on World Quantum Day, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and senior member of the Senate Finance Committee, led unanimous passage of the National Quantum Initiative Reauthorization Act through the Commerce Committee.

The bipartisan bill would accelerate quantum technology development and real-world applications that are vital to U.S. national security and global economic competitiveness.
