Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) and Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), joined by Rep. Claudia Tenney (NY-24) and Senator John Cornyn (R-TX), introduced the bipartisan, bicameral Essential Caregivers Act to reaffirm and enforce the right of all residents in long-term care facilities to have in-person access to a loved one, including when visitations are restricted due to a declared emergency.
