Further, the description states, “The Project is located in Lakeland, Georgia at the corner of South Oak Street and E Burnt Church Road. This project is the second phase of construction for the complex and includes all associated concrete work for the baseball/softball fields and multipurpose field that have already been constructed (field earthwork, irrigation, and grassing were completed in Phase 1) as shown on the plans prepared by LEA, PC.
