KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - On May 20, 2026, a federal grand jury in Knoxville, Tennessee, returned an indictment charging Brandon Allen Foxx, 36, of Knoxville, TN, with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, seven counts of distributing methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and crack cocaine, two counts of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and two counts of possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
