WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for XXXXXX (insert district) issued the following press release:
CONCORD - Kingston resident Kenton Juliano, 45, wasindicted by a federal grand jury yesterday for seeking to influence a federal official by threat, U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announces. He will appear in federal court in Concord on a later date.
According to the charging document, on June 26, 2026, Juliano threatened an employee of the Social Security Administration with the intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with the employee while engaged in the performance of official duties and with intent to retaliate against such employee on account of the performance of official duties.
