Today, SenatorsMark Kelly (D-AZ)and John Curtis (R-UT) introduced theState Sponsored Visa Pilot Program Act of 2026,bipartisan legislation to create a new temporary visa program that allows states to address their unique workforce and economic development needs whilemaintainingstrong federal oversight and immigration enforcement.
