ALTOONA, Pa. - Jungwoo Ryoo has been named the inaugural associate dean for adult education at Penn State Altoona, effective July 1, 2027. Ryoo will continue to serve in his current role as chancellor and chief academic officer at Penn State DuBois until assuming his new role in summer 2027.
