On Friday, Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) and Lake County Sheriff Frank Leonbruno toured the construction site for the new Lake County Public Safety Center. The project represents a key investment in local safety and security of the community. The three-and-a-half-story facility will have capacity for 504 individuals and span approximately 250,000 square feet.
The project will also include technology and security enhancements designed to support law enforcement and improve care for the people housed in the facility. These enhancements are supported in part by $4.2 million in community project funding secured by Congressman Joyce through the Fiscal Year 2026 ...
