Today, Congresswoman Julie Johnson (TX-32) introduced the Enhancing Mobilization of Public-Private Organizations for Women's Economic Rights (EMPOWER) Act (https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/8575/text?s=2&r=1).
