IRONMAN TRIATHLON JUNE 14 TO IMPACT CAMPUS AND COMMUNITY ROADS, CAMPUS PARKING

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., June 8 -- Pennsylvania State University issued the following news release:

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 Pennsylvania Happy Valley triathlon will take place Sunday, June 14, at locations across Centre and Clinton counties, including the Penn State University Park campus.

Comprised of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike ride, and a 13.1-mile run in succession, the event will impact numerous campus and community roads and campus parking lots. Those who need to travel on the day of the event are encouraged to review the following list of traffic and parking impacts, utilize detour routes if able, and allow additional travel time to reach their destinations.
