INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: WELDED LINE PIPE FROM SOUTH KOREA AND TURKEY; SCHEDULING OF EXPEDITED FIVE-YEAR REVIEWS

WASHINGTON, Sept. 3 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Welded Line Pipe From South Korea and Turkey; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 3 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.

Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey and the countervailing duty order on welded line pipe from Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
