WASHINGTON, June 12 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Large Vertical Shaft Engines From China; Scheduling of Expedited Five-Year Reviews.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 12 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.

Summary: The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 ("the Act") to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on large vertical shaft engines from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
