INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION ISSUES NOTICE: LARGE DIAMETER GRAPHITE ELECTRODES FROM CHINA AND INDIA; SCHEDULING OF THE FINAL PHASE OF COUNTERVAILING DUTY AND ANTIDUMPING DUTY INVESTIGATIONS

WASHINGTON, Oct. 26 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Large Diameter Graphite Electrodes From China and India; Scheduling of the Final Phase of Countervailing Duty and Antidumping Duty Investigations.
