WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- International Trade Commission has issued a notice called: Certain TOPCon Solar Cells, Modules, Panels, Components Thereof, and Products Containing Same; Notice of a Commission Determination Not To Review an Initial Determination Granting the Parties' Joint Motion To Terminate the Investigation; Terminating Investigation.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 13 by Lisa Barton, Secretary to the Commission.

Summary: Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission ("Commission") has determined not to review an initial determination ("ID") (Order No. 40) granting the parties' joint motion to terminate the investigation. The investigation is terminated in its entirety.
