WASHINGTON, Oct. 22 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Welded Stainless Pressure Pipe From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Oct. 22 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Suncity Metals and Tubes Private Limited (Suncity), the sole producer/exporter subject to this administrative review, made sales of welded stainless pressure pipe (WSPP) from India at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024.
