The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 16 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Malaysia for the period of review (POR) January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
