WASHINGTON, April 29 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Utility Scale Wind Towers From Canada: Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2024.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on April 29 by Scot Fullerton, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Operations.

Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on utility scale wind towers from Canada. The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
