WASHINGTON, July 6 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Algeria: Countervailing Duty Order.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 6 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: Based on affirmative final determination by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce), Commerce is issuing the countervailing duty (CVD) order on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Algeria.
