WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Stainless Steel Bar From India: Final Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 18 by Christopher Abbott, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive functions and duties of the Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that certain producers/exporters of stainless steel bar (SS Bar) from India made sales at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR), February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024.
