WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- International Trade Administration has issued a notice called: Slag Pots From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 28 by Abdelali Elouaradia, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enforcement and Compliance.
Summary: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that slag pots from the People's Republic of China (China) are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation is April 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024.
